According to Anna Riva’s Modern Herbal Spellbook, “take a new knife and cut a lemon in half, at the same time speaking words of hatred and malice against the enemy.  Sprinkle each half of the lemon with witch’s grass.  Then rub the two halves together, chanting nine times ‘Twist and turn, writhe and cry, Bitter tears should wet your eye.’  The enemy, no matter at what distance from you he/she may be, will feel the pain of the cut and a shiver throughout his body.  His/her eyes will be filled with tears by some misfortune in the immediate future.”

I have never used Witch’s Grass, although, I do have some.  I think I will try this hex here in the (very) near future.
